    Dear Friend,

Yes , you will be eligible for civil services exam in last year of graduation and also after graduation.

For civil services exam no percentage barrier , If candidates just have passing marks in 10th , 12th and graduation are eligible.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    >> Candidates must be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.

    >> Candidate must be under 21-30 years ,3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

    >> Candidate must be citizen of India.

    >> Male/Female both are eligible.

Friend, please not that# Percentage marks in academic/technical qualification does not taken in account in all UPSC Examination.# There is no any role/weightage given to percentage marks in the entire recruitment process.# Only pass marks are required in the educational qualification without any backlog.# Candidate must possess any valid bachelor degree from any recognised university.# If you planning to appear for Civil Service Examination, Combined Defence Service (CDS) Examination, Indian Forest Service and so many examination, you can certainly apply for graduate-level UPSC Examination with only pass marks.# AS UPSC has nothing to do with the percentage marks. # Only the performance of candidate in written examination & interview of UPSC Examination decides the success of candidate.# For any detail information regarding any UPSC Examination, you are most welcome at followings: * http://upsc.gov.in * www.upscdiscussions.com

    hi
my friend you do not need to panic over the issue of your 12th class percentage in order to sit in the upsc exam.
For giving the upsc exam you just need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
There is no percentage requirement of the 12th class as well as for the graduation level, you just need to be having 33% manrks
    Gud luck
