    Am I eligible to write Civils Exam after scoring 58% in B.Tech, 83% in 12th and 84% in 10th?

    i hav completed my 10th wit 84%,diploma in ece with 83% and b.tech in ece wit 58%,,,,am i eligible to write civil exam with 58% in b.tech??pls mail me ur answer

    Dear Guest,

    Yes you are fully eligible for UPSC civil services exam. there is no percentage limit of qualifying exam.

    Eligibility Criteria is

    should be graduate from a recognized university in any stream
    (marks or percentage doesn't matter)

    age should be 21 to 30 years
    age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
    age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years

    nationality- Indian

    number of attempts-

    general candidate- 4
    OBC- 7
    SC/ST- no limit

    Yes you are eligible for the civil services exam after your graduation degree.

    The eligibility criteria for UPSC exams:-
    You should have completed graduation from a good university

    Your age should be:-

    Age limit for general candidate is 21-30 years
    If you are an OBC candidate then 21-33 years
    If you are an Sc/ST candidate then 21-35 years

    You should have these criteria fulfilled to apply for UPSC exams.

    Hello,
    Yes you are eligible to appear for Civil Services Examination after scoring 58%in B.Tech, 83% in12th, 84% in 10th. You have to apply for Civil Services Examination.
    Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
    UPSC doesn't consider marks so don't worry about it. You just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Exam.

    The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
    Educational Qualification
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Age limit
    General 21-30 yrs
    SC/ST 21-35 yrs
    OBC 21-33 yrs
    PH 21-40 yrs

    Number of attempts permitted
    General 4
    OBC 7
    PH 7
    SC/ST No Limit

    Nationality should be Indian.

    Yes, sure you are eligible to write civil exam after B.Tech. Percentage marks UPSC not require if simple pass class candidates wants to apply for civil exam then obviously he can apply for civil exam.

    Yes, dear you are eligible for Civil Service Exam

    There is minimum educational qualification for this examination Graduation any stream from any recognized university,

    There is no percentage required for this examination, pass mark candidate can also apply for this examination.

    Age should be between 21-30 years


    So dear you can apply being a B.Tech student

    Yes you are eligible for Civil Service exams with your percentage.

    Only you should have the eligibility criteria fulfilled.

    List of exams conducted by UPSC:-

    Civils services -min 21-29 years
    Indian forest services- 21-30 years
    Combined defense services- 19-24 years
    Geologist's Examination- 21-30 years
    Combined engineering services- 21-29 years
    Combined medical services- 22-32 years
    Indian economic services/statistics services- 21-30 years
    Stenographers- 18-27 years

    These are the various age limit for the exam.
    You have to complete your graduation degree to apply for these exams.

    Eligibility Criteria to apply for UPSC civil service exam 2013 :

    A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and if you are pursuing final year of your degree then also you may apply for this exam

    Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates

    Dear there is no percentage marks required in degree to apply for this exam means if you have only pass out degree then also you may apply for this exam

    Dear you are from engineering stream and you have two more options to apply for UPSC exams which are following as :

    UPSC IES - Indian Engineering Service Exam 2013 :

    Must have passed a bachelor's degree in engineering in any one of the following disciplines :

    Civil Engineering
    Electrical Engineering
    Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
    Mechanical Engineering

    Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age follows same as mentioned above

    UPSC IFoS - Indian Forest Service Exam 2013 :

    Candidate must have passed a degree in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university

    Agriculture
    Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science
    Botany
    Chemistry
    Engineering - Any discipline
    Forestry
    Geology
    Mathematics
    Physics
    Statistics
    Zoology

    Age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates.

    Hello

    YES YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPLICABLE FOR THE UPSC EXAMS.

    The percentage does not matter in the UPSC exams,only the pass is necessary.
    The graduation from any stream from a recognized university is necessary to go for the IAS exam,the percentage is just pass marks.

    Yes you can apply for the civil service exams after your B.Tech degree with your percentage.
    You can apply for all of the UPSC exam after your graduation degree.

    The criteria for appearing in Civil Services Exam is :
    1. Nationality : Indian
    2. Academic qualification : Graduate in any stream from any recognized university.
    3. Age limits : 21-30 (OPEN), 21-33 (OBC), 21-35(sc/st).

    No such percentage criteria is given for applying for Civil Services Exam. So you are eligible as you are a graduate.

    Hello Friend,

    You are eligible for UPSC exam because there are not any percentage required to appear in the UPSC exam.

    The criteria for appearing in Civil services exam is :

    An Indian citizen
    Candidate should posses graduate degree from a recognized university in any stream
    Age should be 21 to 30 years for general, 21 to 33 years for OBC, and 21 to 35 years for SC/ST candidates
    And one thing keep in mind that candidate get limited attempts for this exam 4 (General), 7 (OBC) and no limit for SC/ST candidates.

    1.Nationality- INDIAN.
    2.Age- 21-30 years general.21-33 years for obc,21-35 years sc and st.
    3.qualification-graduate.
