    yes, sir B.Com graduates can apply for the post of IAS officer. To become an IAS officer you have to clear the UPSC Civil Services Exam.

    Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services Exam:

    1. You must complete your graduation from recognized college or University. candidates who are appearing in final year of his graduation are also eligible to apply for UPSC exams.
    2. Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category aspirants like 3 years for OBC and 5 years For SC ST.

    Limit Number Of attempts:

    1. general: 4 attempts
    2. OBC: 7 Attempts
    3. SC/ST: No Limit

    Yes B.COM Graduates are fully eligible for the IAS Exam

    And you can write the exam but for the post you have

    To write the civil services exam which is conducting by the upsc department every year

    As for the exam just need to pass in graduation

    And does not matter that which is graduation degree means

    You have a B.COM,B.SC,B.C.A Degree just need to pass in graduation with pass marks

    Education Qualification:

    ~ The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized Indian university

    ~ The final year students are also allowed for the exam


    Required Age Limits:

    You are eligible for the exam as regarding the education qualification needed for the IAS exam and there are certain other criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to be eligible for the IAS exaxm and they are:

    -> You need to be a citizen of India

    -> The age limit needed for the IAS exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years of age

    -> For candidate of Sc/ST it is 21-35 years and for OBC it is 21-33 years

    YES B.com graduates are eligible to appear in the UPSC exams.

    Minimum eligibilty criteria to sit in UPSC exams is Graduation pass
    Age should be between 21 and 30 years and OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation.

    For general candidates 4 attempts are allowed and for OBC 7 attempts

    Exams are held in 3 stages-Prelims, mains, interview
    Next prelims will be held in may 2013 and forms will come out in feb 2013
    so start preparing for the exams

    The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.

    Yes friend a B. com greduate eligible for the IAS exam. the qulfication is the student is complete greduation in any stream. so you are eligible for the UPSC exam IAS.

    The IAS Post is a very good , if you compltet there qulification then you take this exam
    The age limit - 21 to 30 year
    But for sc/st and obc are 5 year and 3 year are upper consider.

    If you complete three procedure then you make an ias officer.

    For the civil service exam graduation is compulsory in any stream from the approved university.
    The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category, age relaxation for the reserved category.
    3 years for the obc category and 5 years for the sc/st category.
    Attempt of the exam for the unreserved category is the 4 times.
    Times for the obc category and no limit till age limit for the sc/st category.
    The exam notification is declared by the upsc in the month of the february-2013.
    Preliminary exam is held in the month of the May and mains exam held in the month of the October .

    Well, mine friend, for sure you are eligible for Civil services

    Anyone who holds a degree in Graduation with any amount of Marks is eligible for it, only and only if,,

    The college he took degree from is Recognized by UGC.

    Dear aspirant,Yes you are eligible to apply fir the civil services examination as graduate in any discipline fron the recognised university can apply for the same. There is a age limit of 21 to 30years.Certain age relaxation offered for SC/ST ,OBC and handicapped candidates.     Firstly you confirm that IAS comes under civil service, For that you give civil services examination. That exam conducts by Union Public Service Commission.

    Qualification-

    Firstly you know that IAS is an officer level post comes into civil services.

    To become an IAS officer firstly you give civil services examination which is conducts by UPSC once in every year.

    Eligibility Criteria :

    >> Candidate should be passed his/her graduation and also can apply in last year
    of graduation.

    >> Candidate must be citizen of India.

    >> Candidate must be under 21-30 years.

    >> Male/Female both are eligible.

    there are eligibility criteria=
    you are graduated from upsc recognized university
    in any discipline
    and there are also some age relaxation for different category of candidates=
    general= 21 to 30 years
    obc= 21 to 33
    sc , st =21 to 35

    Hey friend,

    Of Course you are eligible for the IAS exam having completed B.com as it is a UG course of 3 years duration


    You are eligible for the exam as regarding the education qualification needed for the IAS exam and there are certain other criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to be eligible for the IAS exaxm and they are:

    -> You need to be a citizen of India

    -> The age limit needed for the IAS exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years of age

    -> For candidate of Sc/ST it is 21-35 years and for OBC it is 21-33 years


    If you are possessing all these above mentioned criteria's then you are eligible for the IAS exam to join in as a IAS Officer.

    Yes my dear friend, any graduate in this country is eligible for giving the IAS exam.
    For giving the exam, you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
    Moreover there is a relaxation of 3 and 5 years is given to the obc and the sc/st category respectively.

    Dear There,

    IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. The UPSC conducts IAS examination every year.As you have mentioned you have done Graduation (B.COM.) then you are absolutely eligible for IAS examination if you have not crossed the age limit.

    The required eligibility needed to be fulfilled are as follows:

    * Graduation in any stream from any recognized College/University with minimum 45% marks (Passing Marks).

    * Citizenship - Indian

    * Age Limit

    21-30 years for General Candidates

    21-33 years for OBC Candidates

    21-35 years for SC/ST Candidates

    IAS examination is conducted in three stages:

    * Prelims

    * Mains

    * Interview

    Hai,Year shore no doubt about that, b.com graduates are eligible for IAS exam, Union Public Service Commisson conducting this exam every year one time.Eligibility criteria:-The candidate who wants to appear this examination should be complete graduation from a recognized university.No need of percentage restrictions.You must be an Indian origin.Age criteria:-The age limits are 21 to 30 years,3 years relaxation for OBC candidates,5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.Selection process:-Preliminary exam,Mains exam,Personal interview.Best of luck.

    YES, you are surely eligible for IAS exam if you are graduate from B.com because minimum Qualification required by UPSC exam i.e IAS is Candidate must be graduate from any stream from any recognized University.
    But along with Qualification you have to satisfy other criteria to appear in exam i.e..

    Age Limit:

    >> 21-30 for General
    21-33 for OBC
    21-35 for SC/ST

    No.OF Attempts:

    >> 04- for General
    07- for OBC
    no limit- For SC/ST

    You can apply for the IAS exams and for this you have to appear in the UPSC Civil Services Exams

    Minimum eligibilty to apply for the UPSC Civil Services exams is:

    Education: Graduation pass in any stream from a recognized university
    No minimum percentage of marks is required in Graduation

    Age- Minimum 21 years
    Maximum 30 years
    OBC can apply till 33 years
    SC/ST can apply till 35 years

    Attempts/Chances: UPSC has also fixed number of attempts
    General- 4 times
    OBC-7 times
    SC/ST-No Restrictions

    UPSC Civil Services Exams are held in three stages:
    Prelims
    MAINS
    Interview

    Next prelims exams would be held in 24th August 2014
    Notification will come out on 17th May 2014
