    hi
you cannot apply for the IES exam being a student of engineering physics branch as you are not eligible for it. You can only give the IES exam if you are having a graduation engineering degree from the following branches
    mechanical engineering
    civil engineering
    electrical engineering
    electronics and communication engineering
and in the mechanical engineering, only the people from the production and industrial engineering can write the exam

    Hi

I am really sorry to tell you that you can not apply for the IES exam because you have done your engineering from the physics stream.

For IES exam you must have a bachelor degree in engineering from a recognized university in the following branches:-

    --Mechanical

    --Electrical

    --Electronics and communication

    --Civil Engineering

Your age for the exam must lies in between 21-30 years.

So you can not apply for the exam.

You can apply for the other exams like IAS,IPS,CDS etc.

    Thank you....
