when comes to civil service (upsc),the age limit required is 21-30 years.
but there are certain relaxation age for SC/ST/OBS/PHC/EX-SERVICEMEN
for ex-service men,the maximum relaxation age limit is 5 years i.e 35 years.
the educational qualification is=any bachelor degree with any backlog
must be medically fit and fine
both men and women can apply for the exam
