    Dear,
The UPSC conducts various examinations for the various posts of the central Govt. The essential qualification for the examination is to pass the Bachelor degree at any recognized university in any discipline. There is no need of percentage to your academic year. The age limit for the examination is 21-30years. The upper age limit is 03years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST candidates. The number of chances for the UPSC examination for the UR is 04 attempts and 07 attempts for OBC and unlimitted attempts till the last upper age for SC/ST candidates. So don't worry for appearing. You can both apply for the GPSC & UPSC. Thanks....

Yes of course you can apply for the upsc examination. The minimum educational qualification for the examination is graduation in any field. The age limit for the examination is 21 to 30 years. There is no any need for percentage in upsc it means you have only pass the graduation examination then you can apply for the examination.

You should apply for the exam at www.upsconline.nic.in. You have to go through this link and select and press "applications of upsc different examination". If you are the new user then you have to fill the form of upsc. You have to give examination fees as bank challan given to you. After cut the challan you can apply for any exam.
