yes surely you can become an ips officer being a commerce student all you need is a graduation in any field from an ugc recognised university to be eligible for civil services examination.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

>>The candidate must be a graduate degree holder from recognized university.
>>Final year students can also apply.
>>The Age should be between 21 - 30 years at the time of appearing the entrance test.(General category).
