    Can I give IAS exam after CA?

    I am currently in 12th n i am pursuing ma degree as well as i am doing the Charted Accountancy Course. I wish to become an IAS Officer. Can i give my IAS exam after my CA?

    Yes, dear offcourse you can give IAS exam after CA....

    BUT

    according to me its not good for you bcoz you have already choosed good course for your career n you can offcourse success in your life.

    Yes you are very much eligible for applying in the IAS exams.
    The graduation is very much the only necessary requirement for the applying in the IAS
    but along with that you must check the age limit 21 to 30 for general candidate
    21 to 33 years for OBC
    21 to 35 years for SC/ST.

    Otherwise there is no problem in you applying for the exam.

    Yes you can give IAS exam after CA if you fulfill the Eligibility Criteria which is given Below.

    Educational Qualification
    Candidate should be graduate from recognized university
    Final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.
    there is no limit of percentage marks.

    age should be 21 to 30 years
    age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
    age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years

    Number of attempt

    General candidate 4 times
    OBC candidate 7 times
    SC/ST candidate no limit

    Yes, dear you are eligible for IAS examination

    To become an IAS officer you would be crack Civil Service Exam

    You must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university

    There is no percentage required

    Age should be between;
    For General 21-30 years
    For OBC 21-33 years
    For SC/ST 21-35 years

    Attempts

    For General 4
    For OBC 7
    For SC/ST No Limits

    So dear you can apply for this examination without any hesitation

    Yes definitely you can appear for IAS Exam after CA since the candidate should be graduate (any discipline) to appear for the Exam.
    Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

    The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
    Educational Qualification
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Age limit
    General 21-30 yrs
    SC/ST 21-35 yrs
    OBC 21-33 yrs
    PH 21-40 yrs

    Number of attempts permitted
    General 4
    OBC 7
    PH 7
    SC/ST No Limit

    Nationality should be Indian.

    Friend, of course, you are certainly eligible for IAS Examination. You just required to have graduation degree in any discipline from recognised university. At the same time, you have to ensure that you compulsorily have the age limit of 21-30 years. You must belong to India or Nepal or Bhutan. You must be physically fit to carry out duties.     Eligibility Criteria for UPSC IAS Examination :

    A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and if candidate is pursuing final year of the degree then also he/she is eligible to apply for this exam

    Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC

    You are pursuing CA which is also consider as a bachelor's degree so that you are eligible to apply for this exam

    If you are really interested to become an IAS officer then you should follow these points :

    1. If you have time of about 6 hours extra everyday then you must join any coaching institute

    2. If possible then you should study more and more for IAS exam with your CA course

    3. How much time you will provide to your study that depends on your preparation and to check your preparation level you should take speed and practice sets in your coaching institute and analyze yourself in front of other students who are also preparing for this exam

    4. You should prepare at least 15 hours everyday for this exam then you would be eligible to qualify the prelims and mains exam both and the examination pattern is following :

    1. Preliminary exam : Objective type, 2 papers and 200 marks for each and qualifying in this exam is necessary

    2. Mains Exam : Conventional Type, 9 papers and 2000 marks total for 9 papers and qualifying in each paper is necessary and you will have to choose any two subjects from the list of UPSC board subjects for mains exam.

    3. Interview Process : If you qualify the preliminary and mains both exams then you would be called for interview process and interview process has separate 300 marks

    If you qualify the interview process then you would become an IAS officer in India

    Yes you are eligible for IAS exam after your CA.
    You only need to have the eligibility criteria fulfilled.

    The eligibility criteria for IAS exam is:-
    You should have completed graduation from a good university.
    Age should be between 21-30 years
    For OBC 21-33 years
    For SC/ST 21-35 years

    You should have these criteria to apply for IAS exam.

    UPSC conduct the Civil Services Exam for the post of an IAS officer. So you have to write Civil Services Exam.

    yes, you can apply for Civil Services exam after completing graduation. you can also apply for Civil Services Exam while pursuing in final year of your graduation.

    Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
    1. CSAT
    2. Mains
    3. Interview


    for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:

    >>you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.



    >>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.




    Limit Number Of Attempts:


    >>General: 4 attempts
