    No you cannot write the UPSC Civil Services Exam(CSE) after D.Ed.
    You have to finish your graduation first to be eligible to apply to CSE to become an IAS Officer.
    UPSC CSE
    is one of the toughest and most prestigious exams conducte at the All India Level.
    CSE is held to make recruitments to various posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,etc.

    Eligibility For CSE :

    Age Limit :
    General category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam
    OBC-21-33yrs
    SC/ST-21-35yrs

    Educational qualification :
    Graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.
    Final year appeared /appearing candidates can apply on provision.

    Attempts :
    General category-4 times
    OBC-7 times
    SC/ST-Unlimited times

    IAS exam exam is conducted by UPSC once in a year.IAS exam is conducted by civil service exam.

    Qualification:-

    Graduation degree with minimum percentage marks from any discipline.

    Sorry to say that D.Ed candidate are not applicable for IAS Exam.

    Age limit:-

    For Open category:- 21-30 year
    For OBC category:- 21-33 YEAR
    For ST/SC category:- 21-37 year

    Number of Attempts:-

    For open category:- 4 attempts
    For ST/SC category:- 7 attempts

    There are four stage of selection:-


    Prelims Written Exam
    Mains Exam
    Interview

    Sorry friend but you need to be a graduate in any discipline to appear for Civil Services Examination. Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS. D.Ed (Diploma in Education) is not considered as a degree course so you have to do graduation first.

    The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Final year degree students are also eligible
    The age limit is 21-30 yrs
    The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4
    The candidate should be Indian

    Dear D.Ed is only a diploma in education which is not equivalent as bachelor's degree and to apply for IAS examination you must posses a bachelor's degree or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized university then only you will be eligible to apply for UPSC civil service examination and your age is also limited which is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years of age

    If you belongs to reserved category then you will get relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen Category candidates

    Dear we are really sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for UPSC civil service examination but you can apply if you passes bachelor's degree examination from any recognized university or complete any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institute

    For IAS you have to apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam that is conducted by UPSC every year.
    Sorry to say that you can't apply for Civil Services Exam after D.Ed. Because D.Ed is diploma in education its not a graduation degree. while for Civil Services Exam you need graduation degree. So firstly you need to complete your graduation.

    sorry, D.ED is a diploma course so it is not equivalent to degree so may are not eligible for IAS exam
    as IAS requires
    1. graduate degree
    2. citizen of INDIA
    3.age of 21 - 30 years
