    DEAR FRIEND FIRST YOU CHECK POINTS OF ELIGIBILITY ACCORDINGLY YOU CAN WRITE UPSC EXAMS.LIKE CIVIL SERVICES/IAS/IRS/IPS/IES.

    ELIGIBILTY:-

    1.A graduate or a final year candidate from a recognized University in any discipline can write upsc exams.

    2.civil services is conducted by upsc twice in a year.

    3.The age for Gen:21-30 years.For obc:21-33 years.for s/c s/t & pwd.-21 - 40 years.

    4.Each candidate must be the Indian citizen.

    5.To clear the upsc exam a gen.candidate can avail max. 4 attempts.An obc. 7 attempts. s/c s/t and pwd: no limit (i.e.till the age eligibility supports.)

    Offcourse guys you can give exam after completing studies from Allagappa University. Bcoz for this exam you should graduate only.

    YES you can apply for UPSC EXAMS if you have passed your graduation from the recognized university.


    LET SEE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

    > you should have to passed graduate from the recognized university.

    > final year appearing candidates can also apply.

    > age should be 21 to 30 years.

    > age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

    > you should be an indian.

    Dear,
    Upsc requirement the candidate must have complete the graduation in any stream from the approved university. If you are complete the degree from the approved university which is recognized by the UGC/AICET.
    The age limit for the exam is the 21 -30 years for unreserved category.
    Allagappa university is the approved university, so you are eligible for the exam.

    Yes sure you may apply for any of the UPSC exam because your Algappa University is accredited and affiliated by NAAC so that you are eligible to apply for UPSC civil services and defense services exams :

    you must have a completed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks but marks are not required very strictly and your age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates.

    UPSC will announce it's next notification in january and the exam for civil services prelims would be conduced in april for various posts in India and for more details and information you should visit at the official website of UPSC board - www.upsc.gov.in

    If your university is govt. recognized, and approved by the UGC/AICTE, you can apply for the UPSC exam.

    Eligibility Criteria:-

    Education qualification-
    Graduation in any stream from Govt. recognized University.
    Final year student who appeared in last year exam can also apply for UPSC prelims exam.
    Age limit-
    GEN- 21 to 30 year
    OBC- 21 to 33 year
    SC/ST- 21 to 35 year
    Nationality-
    Indian
    Attepts-
    Gen- 4
    OBC- 7
    SC/ST- Unlimited

    Yes you are eligible to write the UPSC exams after completing your studies from Alagappa University.
    Minimum educational qualification to apply to UPSC Graduate level exams is Degree from a UGC recognised University.
    I think you are talking about Alagappa State University in Tamil Nadu which has been given A Grade by NAAC.
    If your College comes under its affiliation and course done by you is affiliated by Alagappa Univ. then you are eligible.
    At the graduates level UPSC conducts exams like Civil services Exam(CSE),CDS exam,Central Police Forces exam,Indian
    Forest Services Exam,Indian Economic Services exam,etc.

    I think you are interested in appearing for UPSC CSE.
    It is conducted every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.

    Eligibility For CSE :

    Age Limit :
    General category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam
    OBC-21-33yrs
    SC/ST-21-35yrs

    Educational Qualification :
    A graduate degree in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.
    Final year appeared/appearing candidates can apply on provision.

    Attempts :
    General category-4 times
    OBC-7 times

    • The main criteria to be eligible for this examination is completion of graduation from an recognised university.
    • So if Allagappa University is an recognised from UGC/AICTE or any other state or central act and you must have completed graduation.
    • Your age have to between the limit stated which is from the 21 years to 30 years.
    • Age relaxations is applicable as per the central government notificiations in regard to reserved category.
    • Nationality- Indian.
