    dear aspirant,

    Dear,
The UPSC conducts the various examinations for various central Government services. The minimum qualification for the examination is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. The age limit for the examination is 21-30 years. The upper age limit for the examination for OBC is 03 years while for SC/ST is 05 years and 10 years for Ex-serviceman and PH. There is only 04 attempts for General, 07 for OBC and up to 35 years of age for SC/ST candidates. There is no special relaxation for the female candidates except the exemption of examination fee. There is NO relaxation based on gender for UPSC.Relaxation in age and qualifying cut off is only applicable based on Caste or physically handicapped person. If you are General category or any other category, you will avail the same benefits as that of any other male candidates of your category. As you are from general category your age limit for Civil services would be 21-30years with 4 attempts and higher qualifying cut off than others.
