    Hi Aspirant

Well yes you can write the civil services exam

No doubt but you must be pass in the graduation with passing marks

And backlogs students are not allowed for the exam

As the condition is that the candidate should be pass in the graduation

So if you have the qualification than no doubt you can apply for the exam

    Education Qualification:

    > The Candidate should be pass in the graduation

    > The Candidate of final year can also apply for the exam

    Age Limits :

    > 21-30 for General

    > 21-33 for OBC

    > 21-35 for SC,ST

    > 21-40 For the ph

    Attempts :

    > 04 General

    > 07 OBC

    > Unlimited for the sc,st

    Citizen :

    > Indian

    Best of luck
