Hello,
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
There is no fixed cut off marks in the OTA Exam conducted by UPSC since UPSC follows merit system. The merit list starts from candidates with highest marks and continues till vacancies are filled.
So nobody can determine how much marks will be enough for further selection. All you can is prepare your best.

Dear Friend
OTA stands for the Officer's Training academy. The entrance examinations that is held to get entry into this service is CDS that stands for the Combined defence services examinations which is organised twice every by the UPSC.
It allows you to get entry into the three different academies of defense that are :
1.Indian Military academy
2.Officer's Training academy
3.Indian Naval academy.
In brief the eligibility criteria for the examination is Bachelor's degree in any desired discipline and the age limit is 19-25 years .Both male and female candidates can give this examination.
Now coming to your query that is :
As we all know that UPSC exams are totally based on talent and merit. It is not there is fixed cut off marks for any exam and it is same in every year. The different academies have different cut off make every year.
Every after conduction of examination the UPSC decides a cut off marks above which candidates are selected and below which are rejected. So it is not possible for any one to predict what will the exact cut off marks. However you can have an idea by seeing the previous year cut off marks.
You should concentrate on your preparation.Give your 100% no one can prevent you from achieving your goal.Cut off marks are just statistics.
Hope the information helps you
all the best
