    Is degree certificate from CMJ University valid for Bank exams and UPSC exams?

    sir, cmj university is eligible for banking exam and upsc exams

    Definitely dear CMJ University is a recognized university that is established by Government of Meghalaya as per Section 2 (f) of UGC - University Grants Commission Act 1956 and if you are thinking to participate in competitive examinations then you do not need to worry about affiliation and just apply for examination because you are eligible and your degree is recognized that is demanded for competitive examinations

    If you have completed your bachelor's degree in any discipline from CMJ University then you can apply for following UPSC and Banking Examinations on the basis of any graduation

    UPSC - Indian Civil Service Examination : Age should be minimum 21 year and not more than 30 year

    UPSC - Combined Defense Service - Indian Military Academy Examination - Age should be between 19-24 year

    UPSC - Central Police Force Assistant Commandant Examination - Age limitations are - 20-25 years

    Following banking examinations are currently highlighted and you can appear for

    IBPS CWE Clerk Examination - Age should not be less than 20 years and more than 28 years

    IBPS CWE PO Examination - Age should be minimum 20 years and maximum limit of age is 30 years

    SBI Clerk Examination - Age limits are - minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years

    SBI PO Examination - Candidate should not have attained the age of 30 years

    All these recruitment are currently preferred by various participants and you can register for banking examinations at www.ibps.in and UPSC relating exam details are available at www.upsc.gov.in

    You have a very good opportunity to apply for banking examinations that is IBPS CWE clerk III examination because registration for this examination is now open and you can register for this examination at the above mentioned website before - 07-09-2013 by following the proper procedure mentioned in attached notification

    Do not worry ,the CMJ university is approved by the University Grants Commission.Here is the UGC approval letter :


    So you need not worry for your degree that is valid for the entrance examinations or you.After completing your degree from the CMJ university ,you are eligible for the following Union Public service examination:

    1.Civil services examination:

    >>The age limit is 21-30 years with relaxation in upper age limit applicable to obc and sc/st candidates.

    2.Combined defense services

    >>The age limit is 19-25 years

    >>Both unmarried male and female candidates can apply for the exam.

    3.Central armed police force exam:

    >>The age limit is 20-25 years

    4.Indian Forest services

    >>Age limit same as Civil services exam

    Now coming to the banks exam ,yes you are eligible for the both entrance exams:

    IBPS which stands for the Institute of Banking and Personnel selection and conducts common written exam for the post of clerk and probationary officer .

    The age limit is 20-28 years for the clerk and 20-30 year for the P.O.

    State Bank of India conducts its own entrance examination for both the posts ,The age limit for the clerk is 18-28 years and that for P.O is 21-30 years with age relaxation applicable to obc and sc/st candidates.

    My dear freind you should know that NDA is only for the candidates who like to complete the graduation from the same not for the intermediate so you should not think like that, well when you have asked then its my duty to give you the right path for the NDA examination.
    NDA stands for the national defence academy which is conducted twice in a year to select the candidates in any of the three branches of the indian air force, navy or army.
    So if you have completed the class 12th then you will be able to apply for the NDA examination.
    Age required for the same is 16.5 to 19 years.
    Candidate should be indian by nationality.
    If anyone likes to join army then he needs to be 12th passed in any stream.
    If a candidate like to apply for the indian air force and navy then he should be having physics and maths in class 12th.
    Selection procedure for the same will be like this-
    Written test.
    SSB interview.
    Medical examination.

    Friend, don't worry. CMJ University is well recognided under section 2(f) of University Grant Commission (UGC) 1956. It is also recognised by Government of Meghalaya. The degree offered by CMJ University is valid for all government jobs. You can use degree offered by CMJ University for the UPSC Examination, Banking Examination, Railway Examination or any other competitive examination.

    Yes you can apply for bank exam and UPSC Civil Services examination if you have got Graduation Degree in any discipline. CMJ University is recognized by UGC so you should not have any problem if you fulfill other criteria.

    For bank exam and UPSC Civil Services exam both ask for Graduation and there is no percentage criteria for it. You should be just pass in the exam.

    Age limit for Bank PO and Civil Services exam is 21 to 30 years. There is age relaxation available for reserved category candidates.

    In Bank exams there will be written exam and interview.

    In Civil Services exam there will be preliminary exam, mains exam and interview.

    So get yourself prepared for the exam.
