    Dear Aspirant
I am very interested to tell you seeing your motivation for preparing IAS. If someone has zeal to do or his inner concise guide him to do things that man give his best.Preparing for IAS require continuous and studious effort. The day you will become IAS you don't need to explain that you work in XYZ company.Whenever you say I am IAS even an farmer knows he is an officer. He works for Central Government of India.Your most important identity. Luxurious life cars service, bungalow, servants all will be provided to you. What do you want .You work for country you do real social service by being in contact of everyone.Everyone respects for you honesty and commitment Job service is secure as long as you know how to survive. What do you want more dear ? Corporate life can give you money but not the satisfaction and stability you will get by being IAS Officers

    First thing first Eligibility Criteria
You must be graduate from recognized university and minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 30 for open category and 5 yeras relaxation for SC/ST and 3 yrs for OBC.

You should visit upsc websites [www.upsc.gov.in]
Ananlyze syllabus and pattern and go through question papers if you do it yourself it will generate interest .

See first you develop interest then later on after understanding whole procedure to become IAS officer that by analyzing you may allot yourself study hours because it varies from person to person and also strategy depends on whether you are doing job or going to college or many things so telling exact amount of hours for study is difficult .

    All the best
