Yes , Combied studies will give you a lot broad picture of the topic.

You will came to know things from different perspective..

You can have a knowledge + communication + Discussion at same time .

This is very important as per the UPSC Schedule of Examination.

    It is very much beneficial..

Apart from combined studies , you also try to get some time for self study..

because self study is equally important.

    Prepare hard and do well..

    Good Luck ..

Combined studies is a better way to grab knowledge..

For UPSC exams if you are doing combined studies then it will help you in ways like:-

-> You would have been gone through whole information on what you are studying therefore combined studies will help you in giving additional details which will inturn give you better scoring oppurtunities.

-> The workload can be reduced. that is you can distribute the topic among your friends and each one has to go in detail about that topic and then you will have to discuss the topic with your friends.

-> You wil enhance your communication skills if you are doing combined studies. This will enhance your confidence in the interview and group discussions.

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE.............

    Hello

Combined studies is a good idea to go for the UPSC exams, frankly speaking the combined studies are always a good idea for any studies. It helps you in different ways and manners. The sole logic behind the concept is that when you have more than one brain to help you ,it is always good. You would help some one in return some one will help you and in between that both of you will exchange ideas and knowledge that you did not knew before discussion.

You should understand that combined studies is nothing but the a discussion platform where many individuals give their ideas and thoughts like it used to happen in debates and communication, and it is always helpful as you would come to know about different topics in a time without reading them from the book.

So it is basically a good idea ,you can go for select those friends who have the good knowledge of the subjects and who are sincere towards their studies.
