Hello My Dear Dude ... To become SP or DSP you must attend for the I.P.S exam I.P.S -- INDIAN POLICE SERVICE U.P.S.C -- UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION This IPS exam is conducted by the UPSC And you must have 21 years Minimum Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years Of course there will be an Age relaxation for the reserved candidates ALL THE GOOD LUCK

For becoming the SP and the DSP, you need to select the IPS during the upsc selections and thereafter you will be having your respective training for two years and then you will be appointed with your job.

If you want to be a SP or DSP.
Then first complete you graduation.
After this crack UPSC exam.
Then they choose you according to you marks.
so if you wannna be SP Or DSP then oberserve good mrks.
