    How to make my career in All India Civil Services after completing B.Sc Computers?

    Respected sir,
    Iam a Bsc.computers student.Iam perfect in my subjects. Iwant to let my carrier for civils. Iam in a confussion what is better for me to build a structure to my carrier....I hope you wil be the better Adviser for me..........

    Hello,

    Anyone who can do hard work and is determined to achieve can crack civil service exam.

    Details for prelims:
    The exam is conducted in the month of May every year. It consists of two papers : GS and Aptitude test. The number of questions vary. There is 1/3rd negative marking for every wrong answer. It is of objective nature. Marks for this exam is not counted for final selection. This exam only qualifies you to appear for mains.

    Details for mains:
    The exam is conducted in the month of Oct/Nov every year. It consists of nine papers :
    GS(2), First Optional(2), Second optional(2), Essay, English and Hindi. There is NO negative marking for every wrong answer. It is of subjective nature.
    English and Hindi papers are of qualifying nature where you have to score a minimum of 40% marks. If you fail to do so, other answer sheets won't be evaluated. Maximum marks for all other papers is 300 except for Essay paper which is of 200 marks.

    If you manage to get 55% marks, there are 95% chances that you will find a place in the final list.

    You have to apply for Civil Services Examination.
    Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

    Exam Format of Civil Services Examination
    The Civil Services Exam is a paper based test and consists of two successive stages:
    1. Preliminary Examination– comprising 2 exams – General Studies and CSAT
    2. Civil Services Main Examination (Written and Interview)
    The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
    Educational Qualification
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Age limit
    General 21-30 yrs
    SC/ST 21-35 yrs
    OBC 21-33 yrs
    PH 21-40 yrs

    Number of attempts permitted
    General 4
    OBC 7
    PH 7
    SC/ST No Limit

    Nationality should be Indian.

    You can apply for Civil Service Exam After completing your Graduation

    Crack the Civil Service Exam you can get IAS or IPS officer post

    For this Examination you must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university

    Age should be between 21-30 years
    Age relaxation for OBC 3 years
    SC/ST 5 years

    Examination:

    1. Preliminary Examination (written test)
    2. Main Examination (written test and interview)

    No. of Attempts

    For General 4 attempts
    For OBC 7 attempts
    For SC/ST No Limits

    After completing B. Sc. from computer you can make your bright future in Civil Service exam.

    For this you need to apply for the Civil SErvice exam.

    This exam is conducted by the UPSC and to apply for this exam your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

    This is the toughest exam of India, so you need of very hard work to crack the civil service exam with concentration.
