    Hi dear

As you will be knowing there is no specific subject in Civil services Exam, related to food science and technology.
So you will have to choose some other subjects from the following list of subjects:

    Agriculture
    Management
    Animal Husbandry & Vetenary Science
    Mathematics
    Anthropology
    Mechanical Engineering
    Botany
    Medical Science
    Chemistry
    Philosophy
    Civil Engineering
    Physics
    Commerce & Accountancy
    Political Science &
    International Relations
    Economics
    Psychology
    Electrical Engineering
    Public Administration
    Geography
    Sociology
    Geology
    Statistics
    Indian History
    Zoology

In the subjects given above the best or the easy ones for you will be the subjects related to biology as you have done your graduation in food sciences.

Or if you are interested you should choose subjects from the humanities discipline like sociology , philosophy etc.

But remember to take subjects according to your interest as you will have to thoroughly study the subjects you choose.

Also while choosing the subject you should also consider the present statistics of that subject in the civil services exam.

    Good luck.....
