    Hello Guest,

If you belong from OBC or SC/ ST category then you are eligible for upsc civil services 2013 exam. bt if you belog from general category then you crossed the above age limit then you are not eligible for CSAT exam.

    Eligibility Criteria is

must be graduate from a recognized university in any stream
    (marks or percentage doesn't matter)

age should be 21 to 30 years
age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years

    nationality- Indian

    number of attempts-

    general candidate- 4
    OBC- 7
    SC/ST- no limit

    best of luck

    Hi Aspirant,

Sorry friend in the age of 32 years you are not eligible to apply for Civil Service exam.

The maximum age limit for civil service exam is 30 years.

You are over aged to apply for CSE.

Civil Service exam is organized by the UPSC once in a year.

    Eligibility conditions for CS exam

You should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or college.

Final year candidates can also apply for civil service exam.

There are no certain marks of percentage required for civil service exam.

Age should be between 21 to 30 years

    Age relaxation

    SC/ST + 5 years

    OBC + 3 years

    PH + 10 years

You must be the citizen of India.

Then friend you can apply in only one condition if you belong to SC/ST or OBC category.

Otherwise you can not apply for civil service exam.

    For more information visit http://upsc.gov.in
    Best of Lucků

Yes....You are eligible to apply for CSE, as there are 5 years age relaxation for ex-service man including Officers.

Check the details in Employment news dated 16-22 March 2013.
