    Dear Guest,

Yes, why not? You can definitely apply for any UPSC examinations.

There is no such barrier regarding the domicile of certain states. You are an Indian citizen & that is all. But you must fulfill the other criteria of the exams i.e. age, educational qualification etc.

Anyway there are many UPSC examinations which are taken every year. Let me provide you a general overview of the UPSC examinations:

1.Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (In May)
    2. Civil Services (Main) Examination (In Oct/Nov)
    3. Indian Forest Service Examination (In July)
    4. Engineering Services Examination (In June)
    5. Geologist Examination (in December)
    6. Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination (In July)
    7. National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (In April & September)
    8. Combined Defence Services Examination (In February & August)
    9. Combined Medical Services Examination (In January)

    10. Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination (In November)
    12. Central Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination (In October)

I hope the above information will help you a lot.
    THANK YOU.

    Dear Sibokrishna,

Odisha is in India, isn't it. What matters to UPSC is the nation not the state... so make yourself too much clear that you are 100% eligible to give UPSC exams.
Not only UPSC.. you are eligible to give all the exams conducted in India, because the exams have no barrier irrespective of the state.
The main thing matter is that you are an Indian, that's all.
    All The Best.
