    Hello,

    >> You will be glad to know that the Date of Birth certificate issued at the time of birth is no longer the certificate that has to be compulsorily produced for the UPSC or the GPSC exams. For any other exam too, it is the Matriculation Certificate that is to be used as a proof for date of birth !!

    >> No doubt, you will have your name mentioned in the Matriculation Certificate.
Hence feel free to use it.

    >> On the other hand, you can also get your Date of Birth certificate remade.
With proper proof to show, get to the municipality office to get it renewed and this time get your name printed over it.
You are ought to have it !

    >> Clearly, this being no Criteria for Eligibility,go ahead to apply for the UPSC & the GPSC exams !
    >> Take your time and decide which exam you wanna appear, check your eligibility and start preparations henceforth !
For further details and updates ,visit the official website of the UPSC and the GPSC,which I have mentioned below, respectively.

    All The Best.

    Hi Aspirant,

    Friend it is big mistake.

You should correction on your birth certificate from eligible authority.

Your DOB can be considered from your High School Mark sheet.

So donít worry friend you can apply for GPSC and UPSC exam.

You would not get any problem regarding birth certificate.

    Best of LuckÖ
