Yes any graduates are eligible for giving the exam.

In CSE exam there are no any clarification regarding marks of the candidates in graduate so any graduate is eligible for the exam.

But besides educational qualification one should also fulfill the other criteria like

    age limit:
    21-30 for general cast
    21-33 for obc cast
    21-35 for sc/st cast
    21-35 for ex-serviceman
    21-40 for pwd

So if you satisfy all of this criteria then start the preparation for the exam and give it.

As you know exam structure for the CSE are below :

    It has three parts.

    Preliminary exam
    Main exam
    Interview

    See friend,

You have secured good percentage of marks and with these marks you are eligible for almost all the exams of UPSC.

First of all I would like to congratulate you for the second division marks you have secured.

Also do not worry at all as civil services exam does not demand that only a good percentage marks holders can appear for the exam.

If you have passed your Graduation either through any division marks It does not matter at all, you can apply for the exam.

The thing which matters here is Age limit and no. of attempts for the exam.

Here is the age limit required:-

The minimum age limit is same for all categories however maximum age limit differs as there is reservation for some categories.

    GENERAL- 21 TO 30 YRS

OBC- 3 YRS OF AGE RELAXATION

    SC/ST- 5
    YRS OF AGE RELAXATION

    PH- 10
    YRS OF AGE RELAXATION

    NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:-

    GENERAL- 4

    OBC- 7

    SC/ST- UNLIMITED NO. OF ATTEMPTS

You can visit the official website of UPSC for more details.
