1.you can try for cse conducted by upsc twice in a year.

    2. A b.tech or a final year b.tech candidate can write cse.

3.so dear you can try first for cse later you can try for m.tech, complete gate entrance.

    4.the age for cse 21-30 years' for gen and obc get's 3 years .s/c s/t get's 4 years more.

5.in sce a candidate must be the indian citizen.

    6.in cse a gen.candidate get's 4 attempts to clear the exam.obc get's 7 attempts,s/c s/t, no limit,till the age eligibility allow.

    hello ,

after complete your B.TECH from the recognized university then you can apply for IES EXAM .

IES stands for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE .

its conducted by UPSC once in a year.

    LET SEE THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

    >> you should have to passed engineering from the recognized university.

    >> age should be 21 to 30 years.

    >> age relaxation for obc 3 years , for sc/st 5 years.

    >> you must be an indian.

SO ITS A VERY GOOD STICK FOR YOUR FUTURE .

but its very tough exam so prepared very well .

    all the best
