Previous year papers of physics as a optional subject in the civil services are available in the website of UPSC.

The fact is that civil services is conducted by UPSC,then all the details regarding UPSC is available in the website of UPSC.

In the website of UPSC which is

www.upsc.gov.in

Although some of the question papers are uploaded for your reference.

But any question papers of any exam conducted by UPSC are available in the website of UPSC.
