The Eligibility Criteria for CMS Exam are :

As regards the physical fitness, a candidate should be in good mental and physical health and free from any physical defects likely to interfere in the efficient discharge of duties as medical officer.

1) height ans weight measurement should be proportionate. No strict limit is there for height and weight.
2) Eye sight requirements
for colour vision, myopia, night blindness, distant vision, near vision etc
THere are no strict physical requirements like that for IPS(Indian Police services) where rigorous physical fitness is required.
