    dear friend,

you have no need to send the hard copy of any thing like application form and chalan copy...............etc.

you have only need to fill the application form online and no need to send it to the upsc head office.

always remember that you have to fill the application form online because there are no any other mode of application is no any other mode of application is allowed by upsc.

you should follow the steps to fill the application form successfully.

    * firstly you have to go on the application form on the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in

    * open the part -1 registration of the cds examination.

    * fill the details carefully in part one registration.

    * take a printout of chalan after submitting the part-one application.

    * go to the bank and pay the money required for it and get a transaction ID for it.

    * than open the part-2 registration by providing the registration no and transaction id .

    * upload your photo and signature sufficiently and submit it.

    * after filling the application form successfully you will get an e-mail of form submission from upsc in our

    Dear,
The UPSC conducts the CDS examination every year. It accepts the application through online. So you have to visit www.upsconline.nic.in and then ORA. After complete registration, you have to deposit the examination fee in any State Bank of India through computer generated challan or through online banking. Then you have to submit the journal number which is given by the SBI. And then you can submit the application form by uploading your scanned photo and signature. There is no need to send your application copy or any document to the UPSC office. You have to just keep one copy of the form for the future purposes. To know more details please visit www.upsc.gov.in Thanks..

Re: Should I submit any hard copy of CDS bank challan form to UPSC through post?

    my dear friend,

there is no need to post the hard copy of CDS challan ,

dear challan is only for the paying the fee at the bank,
its just a way of paying the fee,
we use this challan just to pay fee at the bank and getting the transaction ID from there,
and that transaction ID we need to use in the part II registration of the upsc form,

so there is no need to post the hard copy of the challan,

for more details regarding upsc exams you can go to official website of upsc ,
    www.upsc.gov.in

    all the best
