    Syllabus of IAS exam for Chemical engineering graduates?

    hi,
    IFS exam stands for Indian Forest service which is conducted by UPSC to become Forest officer.

    Generally IFS exam consist;-

    Preliminary exam Mains exam and Interview

    Your age should be between 21-30 years.

    There is list of optional subjects which you can choose;-

    You have to choose those optional subjects in which you have full Interest.

    Hi Friend,

    You can appear in UPSC Exam, as you have done Chemical Engineering.

    IFS Stands for Indian Forest Service or Indian Foreign Service.


    CSAT Exam Contains Two Papers, Each of 200 Marks.

    And all Question are of Objective type.

    Paper-I General Studies and Current Affairs

    Paper-II General Aptitude

    For General Category Combined score of Both Paper is must be 50% to get Select for Mains Exam.

    >> CSAT Exam in Taken to Select Candidates for Mains Exam.

    >> You can give Following times Attempt according to Category:

    General Category: 4 Attempts

    OBC: 7 Attempts

    PH: 7 Attempts

    SC/ST: No Limits

    Dear if you are chemical engineering graduate student then you can choose engineering subject in your optional but there is no chemical engineering as a subject so that you may go for chemistry and any other and I have listed all those subjects from which you can choose any two for your mains examination

    Agriculture
    Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science
    Anthropology
    Botany
    Chemistry
    Civil Engineering
    Commerce and Accountancy
    Electrical Engineering
    Economics
    Geology
    Geography
    History
    Law
    Management
    Mathematics
    Mechanical Engineering
    Medical Science
    Physics
    Philosophy
    Political Science and International Relations
    Psychology
    Public Administration
    Sociology
    Statistics
    Zoology

    Now you can choose chemistry with any arts related subject and you may choose any one from the following combination of subjects

    Chemistry + Public Administration
    Chemistry + Sociology
    Chemistry + Political Science and International Relations
    Chemistry + Physics
