    Dear,
There are many institutes or coaching centers available in your town. The Ravenshaw University gives a free coaching for UPSC, IAS/IPS etc.. Therefore the university publishes an advertisement for the admission into the coaching center. This coaching is available in the evening time. Recently the advertisement has been published and the last date has already gone. If you want to join in Private coaching center, then you can also join in LISA'S IAS coaching center at Bhubaneshwar and Gangotri IAS study circle at Cuttack. If you don't satisfy to these institutes then you can join in RAU's IAS study circle at New Delhi. Thanks....

It is one of the most toughest and prestigious exams at the All India level.

-Get hold of the syllabus for CS exams and cover each topic and make notes for revision and refrence.
-Read books and collect study materials which are of good authors and reliable.
-Do selective study and subjective study as required for various subjects and topics.
-Manage your time properly, make a routine and try to follow it.
Donot waste any time between prelims results and mains written exams, keep preparing.
-Study for atleast 8-10hrs daily to prepare well.
-Read atleast 2 good newspapers daily like The Hindu and Times of India, etc.
