upsc is basically a board which conducts various examinations like ssc, cds, nda scra and so on... and ssc is one of the examz conducted by upcs .. for example its like cbse board which conduct various examination of school level mainly +1 and +2 board examz.. in that sense upsc is similar to cbse means its a board and ssc is similiar to +1&+2 as these are examz conducted under these board..!!
