For Junior Research Fellowship Post you have to attained the age of 28 Years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

I think you are waiting for UGC NET Examination Notification, But the notification for June examination was not declared yet. If you are interested in this examination then please wait for the Notification, The Notification will be Published Most Probably in this Month. When the Notification released it will be updates in the official website. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online only. No offline application form facility.
To apply for this examination you have to complete your Post graduate degree course with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. If you failed to scored minimum 55% marks, then you can’t apply for this examination. Final year appearing candidates are also eligible for NET.
NET Examination is conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December every year for the post of Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship, There is no upper age restrictions to apply for lectureship post, But for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship Post) Your age should not be more than 28 years. You have to attain the age of 19 years to appeared for NET.
The application form of NET is Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees through challan form in SBI Bank before filing the online application form, the challan form is available in the official website after declaring the notification. You have to choose the subjects in NET on the basis of your post graduation Only; The list of subjects is available in the official website.
You can also download the syllabus and Previous year papers of NET from the official website. From this year, all 3 NET Papers will be Objective. NET Removed Descriptive papers. if you want to apply for national eligibility test then you have to wait until june because the notification for the same is going to be issued in june.
The application form can be collected from the indian bank and the oriental bank of commerce.
The age limit for the junior fellowship is not more than 28 years and for lectureship their is no upper age limit.
