    Dear,
The UPSC conducts the CSAT examination every year. The essential qualification is to pass the bachelor degree at any recognized university in any discipline. The optional paper is required after qualifying the CSAT preliminary examination. You should choose your optional paper which is your parents subject. That means the subjects which is very convenient to you should be chosen by you. The proper time management and perseverance are the key to success.
