Dear, you are quite eligible for UPSC if you have B.Tech Degree. There is no need of marks or percentage to fulfill your eligibility criteria. It needs only pass marks. But you have to score higher marks in the exam conducted by the UPSC to gain a good position in the merit list, Which will help you to get a job in the Central Departments of India. So, Good Luck...

Re: What percentage should I get in B.Tech to be eligible for UPSC IES exams?

    Dear Guest,

There is no percentage limit in B.Tech degree to write Indian Engineering Services Exam conducted by UPSC.

Only a degree in Engineering from a recognized university is the educational eligibility criteria to write this exam.

It absolutely doesn't matters how much percentage you got in b. tech level.

I hope the above information must help you to clear your doubts.

    THANK YOU.

    Nationality :

    Indian

    Age :

For the open category 21 to 30

    And for the sc,st 21 to 35

And for the obc 21 to 33

    Education:

    >> The Candidate should be pass in graduation

    >> The candidate should be pass in graduation with b.tech

    And With These Streams :
