    Dear,

The percentage of the marks in the graduation is no matter for the exam.

Upsc requirements the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.

The preliminary qualify marks is above 50% -55%marks.

Best of luck for the exam

    Friend,

In order to qualify in the IES exam you have to take the minimum 40% including the all papers. If you selected in the written exam then you will be called for the Interview. The Interview is conducted at the special centers

    =>You should be Indian citizen
=>You should have to complete graduation from the recognized college or University
=>Your age should be minimum 21 years
=>The relaxations are present for the SC/St peoples and Physically handicapped peoples

    Written exam format and Syllabus

    Paper 1
    General Studies and Current affairs

    Paper 2
    General Aptitude

Among these papers the first paper is difficult and second paper is easy. In order to select for the Interview you have to clear this written exam

    Notifications

The exam Notifications you will get it in the employment news papers and also in the leading news papers.

    Thank You.

    Dear Friend,

IES stands for Indian Engineer service, for that exam you should be graduate in engineering and also can apply in the last year of engineering graduation.

For that exam no restriction of percentage , those candidates are also eligible which just have passing marks in graduation.

But it is compulsory that your age must be under 21-30 years ,3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

You must be citizen of India and Male/Female both are eligible.

    Good Luck....
