    requirements

    1. must be university graduate form reconised university or equivalent.
2.generally for most of UPSC exam's Age must be within 21-30 years relaxed in upper age according to govt. norms for academic year though generall for OBC is 3 yrs & FOR sc/ST is 5 yrs.
    3. indian nationality is must or subject of it.

in your case you are post-graduate so there is no issue as you have added qualification.

but for cpf exam your age should be between 20-25 yrs relaxed
relaxed in upper age according to govt. norms, generally for OBC is 3 yrs & FOR sc/ST is 5 yrs.

CDSE your age should be between 18-25 years, there is no age relaxation to any candidate for this UPSC examination.

Re: What are the requirements to be eligible for UPSC exams? What is the scope for a M.Sc Chemistry graduate in UPSC?

If you wist to apply for UPSC Civil services exams then you should have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and your age should be between 21-30 years and relaxatin in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC Category candidates.

You can apply for - IAS, IPS, IFS, CDS etc. exams under UPSC board

If you ask about the scope then i would like to tell you that every subject has a huge scope but your subject would not be very much profitable in UPSC exams because there are three steps in UPSC exams which are - Preliminary exam, Mains Exam and Interview Process and in preliminary exam you will have to cover the complete general knowledge of India and also about the world so you will not study about your subject but if you qualify the prelims then you would be allowed to apply for mains exam so that you have a option to choose your favorite subject in mains exam and you can choose it for mains then it would be profitable for you in mains exam but you will have to study too hard in mains then you would be able to qualify mains.

    All the best
