The tentative dates for CAPF this year are as follows:

~~Date of last receipt of application:27/08/2012

Eligibility criteria:
>>Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
>>Final year candidates are eligible to apply.
>>Your age must be between 20 to 25 years.

1. Date of Advertisement:- 28th July 2012
2. Date of Last receipt of Application:- 27th August 2012
3. Date of Examination:- 11th November 2012
Those who have qualify CAPF (AC)-2011 are called for interview/ personality test and the same will be conducting from 10/9/12 to 5/10/12.

In 11 nov. 2012 so you have to wait for the next year

Sorry to say dear you have missed the chance for this year for the center armed police force.
The notification is declare in this year the month of the July/August.
The exam is held in the month of the November.
So you try for the CPAF exam in the next year.
The qualification is required for the exam graduation passed in any stream from the reorganization
University which is approved by the ugc/aicet or the center/state govt.
The age limit for the exam is 20 to 25 years.

The written examination of Central Armed Police Force(Assistant Commandants) to be conducted by Union Public Service Commission will be held on 11th November, 2012 and will comprise two papers. Paper I will be held from 10 a.m. to 12.00 Noon and Paper II will be held from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Paper I : General Ability and Intelligence - 250 Marks.
The questions in this paper will be of Objective (Multiple Answers) Type in which the
questions will be set in English as well as Hindi.
Paper II : General Studies, Essay and Comprehension - 200 Marks.
In this paper candidates will be allowed the option of writing the Essay Component in
English or Hindi, but the medium of Precis Writing, Comprehension Components and
other communications/language skills will be English only.
Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests:
Candidates who are declared qualified in the written examination will be summoned
for Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests. Those
candidates who meet the prescribed Physical Standards, specified in the notification
will be put through the Physical Efficiency Tests as indicated below :

UPSC has already released the e- Admit card of APFC Exam 2012. You can download it from the official website of upsc http://www.upsc.gov.in
The date of the exam has remained unchanged as prescribed in the notification.
The examination will held on 23rd sept. 2012 from 10 am - 12 am.
