    YES DEAR FRIEND,

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WRITE FOR CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION BECAUSE THERE IS NO ANY PERCENTAGE BARRIER AND NO NEED TO ANY SPECIAL PERCENTAGE TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION.

you just fulfill the age criteria and the eligibility criteria as given below..

    age criteria:-

    1. for general candidates: 21-30years..

    2. for obc candidates:-21-33 years..

    3. fro sc/st candidates :-21-35 years.

and for physically handicapped persons 10 years age relaxation are given according to their category.

for central govt. employee there are an age relaxation of 5 years according to their category.

    eligibility criteria:-

    1. the candidate must be an indian citizen.

    2. the candidate must be a graduate from a govt. recognized university.

you qualifies the eligibility criteria but if you qualify the age criteria also than you are eligible for the same .

    good luck !!!

There is no any restriction in upsc for the percentage of your academic degree. If any candidate is only pass the graduation he/she can fill the form of upsc. You are fully eligible for the IAS/IPS/IFS/IES exam. You can apply online at www.upsconline.nic.in
