    dear friend,
how many times you have failed in your graduation it does not matters as per criteria fixed for appearing in UPSC examination but you have to pass your graduation completely at the time of applying for UPSC examination.

So there is no need to worry about your past.As you are eligible for UPSC examinations fro graduates so start freshly and work hard so that you will clear upsc exam in which you are eligible.

here you have not mentioned about which UPSC examination you are mentioning about so I cannot give you precise eligibility criteria.

Thank you and all the best

Re: Will I be allowed to appear in Civil Services Exam even failed twice in final year graduation exams?

    Dear friend,

the question you asked here is a good question ...but let me clear you that you are eligible to apply because having backlogs doesn't shows your intelligence , so you should not to be worry about the same ,

it does not affect your candidature in the examination.

as you described here that now you have cleared your graduation so you are eligible for the same.

see the details and concentrate on it

    educational requirements :

    1. you must have the Indian citizenship.

    2. you must have a degree of graduation.

    age criteria:-

for general it is :-21-30 yrs,

for obc it is :- 21-33 yrs.

for sc/st category it is :- 21-35 years.

and always remember you should apply for the examination only when you become fully confident about the examination that now you will crack it.because there is also a big restriction of attempts.

    Attempts:-

for general category:- only 4 attemp[ts.

    for obc category:- 7 attempts.

for sc/st category:- no any limit .

for more about the same visit :http://www.upsc.gov.in

so no need to worry you are eligible for the examination of civil services.

    good luck
