    Will I be eligible to apply for UPSC exams after completing BBA/MBA from Deemed Universities?

    educational qualification to appear for UPSC
    I have done BBA and MBA from deemed universities. am i eligible to appear for UPSC or is there a problem because i have a professional Degree in Graduation?

    hi,
    You are Eligible for UPSC exam.

    Exam Eligibility;-

    1-You must be passed a graduate degree from a Indian recognized university
    2-There is no percentage requirement
    3-Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible.
    Age limits;-

    General age limits is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given reserved category students.

    Age relaxation;---

    3 years age relaxation for OBC category
    5 years age relaxation for SC/ST category
    10 years for PH candidates

    Number Of Attempts;-

    4 times for General category Candidates

    7 times for OBC candidates

    No limit for SC/ST category

    Exam pattern;-

    Civil services Preliminary exam consist two papers of General studies having 400 marks.

    2 hours are given to each General studies papers.

    Civil services Mains exam pattern changed from this year.

    Now Any Indian Language papers consist 100 marks as qualifying marks.

    English language papers consist 100 marks.

    Essay papers marks is same as previous.

    Now general studies papers consist 500 marks.

    There will be last stage of Interview which consist 275 marks instead of 300 marks.

    YES YOU CAN APPLY FOR UPSC EXAMS,AFTER STUDYING FROM A DEEMED UNIVERSITY.

    A deemed university is never a point,a university is a university whether it is deemed or not.The only debate or question related to university that can be raised is whether the university has the UGC(University Grants Commission) approval.If the university have the UGC approval,then there is no point of doubt,a deemed university is also a university,so do not worry and just apply for the exam.

    The basic qualification for the examination of the UPSC's CSAT is to pass the Bachelor's degree in any discipline at any recognized university. If your deemed university is a recognized university from UGC, then you can appear the UPSC examinations. Otherwise, you are not eligible for the examination.     It does not matter whether your University is deemed or not.If the University is UGC recognised and your course in your college(only for professional and technical courses) is AICTE approved,then you are eligible for any exam of Indian govt,State govt or any other private firms.
    The basic eligiblity for Civil Services is Graduations from any stream from a recognised University.If yours is so,then there is nothing to bother even if its deemed or whatever.

    there are no problem from professional degree but it is approved by indian govt. law .
    any one can give this exam .
    for this candidate should graduate .
    no percentage required for this exam .
    only indian can appear for this exam .
    age for general 21 to 30 year and 4 time attempt this exam .
    age for obc 21 to 33 year and 7 time attempt this exam .
    age for sc/st 21 to 35 year and no limit to attempt this exam .

    Dear, Upsc requirement the candidate must have complete your graduation in any stream from the approved university.
    So you are eligible for the exam.
    Percentage of the marks and higher qualification is no matter for the exam.it is beneficial for you.
    Age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.
    Age relaxation as per govt. rules
    Three years for the obc category
    Five years for the sc/st category.

    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Of course friend, After Completing BBA or MBA from deemed university you are fully eligible to apply for the UPSC civil Service exam. Civil Service exam is conducted once in a year for the following posts: IAS IPS IRS To apply for the civil service exam you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria. You should have graduation degree in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent. You should be in age of 21 to 30 years.     yes dear you will be eligible for giving the upsc exam even after doing your graduation from private. All you need is that your university should be a recognized indian university. And your age should be in between 21-30 years. Moreover it is not seen in the eligibility that from where did you got your masters degree. All you need is a graduation degree.

    Almost for all kinds of posts you must have a minimum of " BACHELOR DEGREE "


    So you no need to worry at all

    You must not have any Backlogs

    You must be an Indian Citizen

    Well you are eligible for writing civil service exam conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Comission) after completing your bachelor degree in a recognised universities.

    The following are the eligible criteria for writing civil service exam conducted by UPSC

    You must complete your bachelor degree

    You must be an Indian Citizen

    Your age must lie between 21 - 30 years

    Age relaxations :

    + OBC - 3 years

    + ST &SE - 5 years.

    Number of permissible attempt

    + General Caste - 4

    + OBC - 7

    + ST & SC - No limit.

    Yes you are eligible regarding academic wise but check your age limit and Citizenship...
    Age limit:
    OC-> 21-30
    MBC-> 21-33
    SC/ST or ex-army-> 21-35
    You must be an Indian citizen if you are applying for the post of IAS or IPS....

    Yes!! definitely you are eligible for UPSC exams.

    Every year the UPSC conducts examinations for recruitment to the Indian Civil Services for the post Given below :

    1.Indian Administrative Sevice
    2.Indian Civil Service
    3.Indian Police Service

    Examination is conducted in 3 stages :

    1) Civil Service Aptitude Test ( CSAT )
    2) Civil Service Examination (Mains) conducted for the candidates selected in the Preliminary Examination.
    3) Those who are selected in main Examination are eligible to appear before the interview board.

    Eligibility Criteria


    1) Nationality :

    a) Only Indians are eligible for IPS and IAS.
    b) For other services a candidate can be either of following :

    - A citizen of India
    - A subject of Nepal
    - A subject of Bhutan
    - A Tibetan Refujee who came in India before January 1, 1962 with the intention of permanently setting in India.

    2) Qualifications
    :

    a) A degree of any recognized university.
    b) A candidate who has given graduation last year examination and awaiting for the results.

    3) Age limit :

    a) A candidate must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examinations.

    Relaxation to the above age criteria :

    - 3 years for OBC

    yes, you can definitely apply for UPSc civil Services exam after completing BBA/MBA from Deemed University. there is no question of whether your university Deemed or not. the thing that matter is your university must be recognized by UGC or AICTE or both.

    Civil Services exam is conducted for the posts of IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS etc.

    the exam is conducted in three phases:

    Dear Friend,

    Yes you are eligible for civil services examination.

    BBA stands for bachelor in business administration and MBA stands for master in business administration.

    For civil services examination those candidates are eligible which are graduate and also are in last year of graduation.

    For that exam no restriction of height and also no restriction of marks.

    Your age must be under 21-30 years.

    For that exam it does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation only it is required that you should be graduate.
