    Dear Applicant,
    - Sorry, but being a 2nD Year student in Biomedical Engineering, you will not be given the provision to get enrolled for the CIVIL SERVICE Exams conducted annually by the UPSC.

-The minimum educational qualification essential to appear the Civil Services is to COMPLETE YOUR GRADUATION OR EQUIVALENT,OR BE IN THE FINAL YEAR OF THE SAME.
Hence, you cannot apply in your second year.

-I would personally recommend you to keep your preparations up for the exams, and apply for it once you are in your 8Th Semester.

    The COMPLETE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA of
the CIVIL SERVICE EXAMS are mentioned

However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5
Years for SC/ST and by 3 Years for OBC
    Candidates.
    [03] EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.
You must have completed your Graduation or
    Equivalent,from a recognized
    university,with any subject or stream.
Final year students are also applicable.
Clearly, you may apply for the exams, but
