You can apply for all the UPSC exams for which the qualification asked is Diploma or Degree. If you are bothered about Civil services, you are perfectly eligible for that as the requirement is of Graduation degree. There are several candidates who completes diploma after 10th and then degree. And many such candidates qualifies in Civil Services and mainly Engineering services. So start your preparation without bothering about qualifications.
