Can a B.Tech(ECE) student of 7th sem Apply for the Post of IAF Pilot? Is it possible through CDSE or Not?

sir, i am in 7th semester 'EC' and o want to apply for the post of iaf pilot.so i want to know that can i apply for it through cdse or not? Or should o apply for it through ues?

yes joining IAF is possible through CDSE exam by UPSC.
Eligibility required:

1. Age- 19 to 23
2. The selection process consists of a written exam and personality test by the Service Selection Board. After the final selection, you are sent to one of the following institutes for orientation training as per your Preference at the time of filling the application form.
3. The examination is Objective and there are 3 papers in Air Force Academy Examination:

   >> General Knowledge
   >> Elementary Mathematics

yes,you can apply for IAF pilot for this you have to apply for AFCAT exam conducted by IAF biannualy.
there will be written test after that there will be SSB for qualified condidates.
and you can also apply for CDSE.
and through this you can also complete your aim of pilot in IAF.

You can apply from both the modes

you have to opt airforce as in priority among the three forces

then when you cleared the written CDSE then you will be called if shorted among airforce list as priority where you can opt.for flying in priority following other descipline offered.

you will go through PABT test when recommended by airforce SSB board.

if you cleared this besides other eligibility then you will be eligible.

->> through UNIVERSITY entry you also have to opt. for the flying as priority when called directly to ssb
