The question of prelim exam of upsc will be asked in the basis of 10 class level. You will be asked the questions of General Studies. In this general studies you have to give the answer of G.K., G.S. i.e. General Science, English etc. This exam question is objective type question. You have to face two objective type question papers. Each question paper is of 200 marks. Means the total upsc prelim exam is of 400 marks.

You should up-to-date your current affairs and English knowledge if you want to crack this exam. Best of luck.

    dear friend,

according to new rules of UPSC now Civil Services Prelims exam is called CSAT(Civil Services Aptitude test).

in CSAT two papers are included of each 200 marks each paper.

For CSAT General Studies and English, logical reasoning are compulsory. both the papers are of objective type. and there is two hours of time bound for each paper.

Marks you got in CSAT will not carries to next round i.e. Mains. It is just a selection process for mains exam.

    Good Luck......
