    The Eligibility Criteria for the UPSC exam is below :
    Education Qualification
    -> one should done their graduation from any recognized university .
    -> A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam , but before the main exam one have to complete the graduation .

    Age limit :
    For General cast 21-30
    For OBC cast 21-33
    For SC/ST cast 21-35
    For Ex-serviceman 21-35
    For physically handicapped 21-40

    The no of attempts one can do :
    For general maximum 4
    For obc maximum 7
    For SC/St there are no limit for the attempts .

    The exam pattern consist of three parts .
    1.Preliminary Exam
    -> It consist two papers
    -> 1.General Study-> 2.Optional subject
    and one should pass this exam for qualifying for the next round .

    2.Main exam
    -> It consist 9 papers
    1-Any language defined in constitution of India
    2-english
    3-essay
    4&5-general study
    6&7-optional subject-1
    8&9-optional subject-2

    First two paper marks are not considered but one have to get minimum require marks in those papers otherwise one can't go further .

    3. Interview

    -> The final merit list will make on the basis of marks secured in main exam plus interview together .

    -> Preliminary exam marks are not considered in the final list .

    Public Administration
    Geography

    Statistics
    Indian History
    Law
    Zoology

    optional subject for literature

    Gujarati
    Manipuri
    Sanskrit
    Hindi
    Sindhi
    Bengali
    Kannada
    Oriya
    Tamil
    Kashmiri
    Telugu
    Konkani
    Urdu
    Marathi
    Punjabi
    Malayalam

    So select the subject and start the preparation for the exam .

    Hi..friend

    UPSC exam involved with central government

    central exams are give any exam starting with reasoning and aptitude questions

    UPSC exams consists of majorly indian politics,indian history and economics

    with these they also give questions from arithmetic reasoning , numerical

    aptitude ,general English and current affairs that held recently

    coming to pattern of upsc exam is same for the all candidates

    the primary qualification to attempt UPSC exam is must hold a graduation

    in your question you did not mention about your age or qualification

    ,it is good that you have feeling to serve the nation and try to go towards .

    there is two stages in the examination

    1. prelims.

    2. mains and interview.
