IES exam is basically engineering exam which is conducted by union public service commission.
but I am sorry to say that a B.Sc candidate is not eligible for IES exams.
For IES examination a candidate should be graduated in engineering from recognized institute or its equivalent. M.Sc degree or its equivalent with wireless
communications,electronics,radio physics or radio engineering as a special subject .

For IES exam you should be graduate in engineering and also can apply in last year of engineering graduation.
Your age must be under 21-30 years.
3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
You must be citizen of India.
Male/Female both are eligible.

BUT if you are asking about IES examination (INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES EXAMINATION) THAN I'M VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT THIS EXAM IS NOT FOR B.SC STUDENTS .
this exam is only for engineering graduates not for b.sc graduates so you are not allowed to apply for the same .

every year upsc releases its notification for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES EXAMINATION.
SEE THE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE SAME:-
1. THE CANDIDATE MUST BE AN INDIAN CITIZEN.
2. THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A BACHELOR DEGREE IN ENGINEERING WITH ANY BRANCH AND WITH A GOVT RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY
AGE CRITERIA:-
THE AGE CRITERIA IS SAME AS ALL THE OTHER UPSC EXAMINATIONS.
1. THE CANDIDATES MUST BE IN BETWEEN 21-30 YEARS.
2. AN AGE RELAXATION FOR OBC AND SC/ST CATEGORY CANDIDATES ARE OF 3 AND 5 YEARS RESPECTIVELY.
RESTRICTIONS:-
THERE ARE TWO MAJOR RESTRICTION N THIS EXAMINATION WHICH ARE AS UNDER:-
1. THERE ARE 4 ATTEMPTS ALLOWED TO A GENERAL CATEGORY STUDENT.
2. BUT FOR OBC CATEGORY:- 7 ATTEMPTS ARE ALLOWED.
3. AND FOR SC/ST CATEGORY NO ANY RESTRICTION OF ATTEMPTS.
AND THE SECOND RESTRICTION IS OF BRANCHES.
*IT MEANS YOU HAVE TO GIVE THE EXAMINATION ONLY IN FOUR BRANCHES AND THE BRANCHES ARE:-

Acronym IES stands for Indian Engineering Services Exam. UPSC conduct the IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam every year for various posts in technical field. for IES you need to complete Engineering degree in any discipline from recognized college or university. you can also apply for IES while studying in final year of Engineering degree.
as you have only B.Sc degree so i am sorry to say that you are not eligible to attempt IES exam.
but you can apply for other UPSC exams like:
Civil Services
CPF
CDS

Sorry to say but B.Sc. Students are not eligible for the IES exam.
For giving the IES exam one must have below education qualification.
=> One must have completed B.E./B.Tech from any recognized university .
=> A M.Sc student are also eligible for the exam.
So if you want to give the IES exam then first of all you should complete your M.Sc then and then you are eligible for giving the exam.
But till you eligible for the exam you should prepare for the exam.

IES-Indian Engineering Services.As the name only suggests it is a engineering services.
The qualification that is required to apply for Indian Engineering Services is A ENGINEERING DEGREE FROM ANY STREAM.
That is only applicants who have studied engineering are eligible for applying.
You as a B.SC Graduate not eligible for Indian Engineering Services.
Eligibility for UPSC Indian Engineering Service Examination
Dear this is a engineering stream examination in that only those candidates can appear who have completed their bachelor's degree or graduation in any discipline of engineering from a reputed university or institute that may be called BE or B.Tech and if you have completed B.Sc in any relevant stream as IT or CS or equivalent qualification then we are sorry to say that you can not apply for this examination because you have not completed your graduation of at least 4 years in engineering so please think about another exams conducted by UPSC board
You can apply for following UPSC exams
Indian Civil Service : Any graduate candidate can apply whose age is not more than 30 years
Indian Forest Service Examination : All those candidates can apply who have completed their bachelor's degree in any one of the - Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science/ Botany/ Chemistry/ Engineering/ Forestry/ Geology/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Zoology and age is not more than 30 years
Combined Defense Service Examination : Any degree passed candidates are eligible to apply for IMA section but age should be between 19-24 years
Central Police Force AC exam : Candidate should have completed graduation in any stream and age should be between 20-25 years to apply for this examination

I am sorry to say but being a graduate in the B.Sc stream, you are not allowed to appear in the IES exam.
Because for appearing in the IES exam, it is necessary for you to fulfill the following eligibility criteria which states that you should be a graduate from any of the following engineering stream

However with a B.Sc degree you can apply for the GATE exam for pursuing the M.Sc from the IITs
