dear friend to get the call letter for upsc exam you have to complete both the parts of registration as in the second part only you uploads your photo and signature and as now the date is over so try next time and next time just register completely.

No sorry to say that but the answer is simply no
As you are a general candidate or you are a sc candidate
You can't get the call from the upsc
If you have not completed your full registration
As for the exam your registration you will not get the admit card to sit in the exam room
As suppose if you have done part 1 registration but not part 2 then how can you expect your admit card
As the upsc have not received your full details
Like in part 2you have to upload your photo and signature
So if they have not received these details how can they will send your details

to get call letter for UPSC(Civil Services) exam you have to fill both parts of Registration. so sorry to say that you would not get call letter.
dear first of you need to complete both parts of the online form ....after completion of first form you need to complete second part in which photo and signature upload is required . after successful completion of both parts then only you wiull be able to get your call letter.<br>both parts are equally important.<br>best of luck
