    Hello

    SCRA- Special Class Railway Apprentice

    Four year course in mechanical engineering at Indian Institute Of Electrical And Mechanical Engineering at Jamalpur.
    The exam consist of written paper
    General Knowledge,General abilities,reasoning,physical science.
    Then a interview.


    qualification required is 10+2 passed with 2nd division,along with physics and mathematics and chemistry.
    17 years is minimum age and 21 years is maximum age.

    Age relaxation to SC/St
    OBC,Physically challenged people,inhabitants of kshmir.

    Appointed as a officer in Indian Railways Services Of Mechanical Engineer.
    At training provided stipend of rs.10000,for four year.

    Limited number of posts and vacancies,approximately 10 to 12.
    Applicants are many nearly 100000 to 1.5 lakhs.

    NO COMMERCE STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

    To give this exam, you should have Maths, Physics and Chemistry as your subjects.

    Required eligibility conditions for SCRA Exam are as follows:

    I am very sorry to say that the candidates should be from Science background thus you cannot apply for the SCRA exam.

    SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

    ><Must have passed 12th level or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    ><Final year candidates are also eligible.

    ><Should score minimum 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

    I am sorry to say but the people who are from the science field and having physics chemistry and mathematics as their main subjects in class 12th are the ones who are eligible for giving the SCRA examination.
    Moreover for giving this exam, you also need to fulfill the age criteria, which states that your age should not be less than 16 years and not more than 21 years

    I am sorry to say that, you are not Eligible for SCRA exam.

    A Commerce candidates can not join SCRA exam.

    To join SCRA exam, you must be passed 12th standard with pcm subjects.

    Your age should be between 17-21 years. There is age relaxation for Reserved category candidates.

    You must be Citizen of India.

    SCRA exam consist three papers;-

    General ability test which consist 200 marks.

    Math which also Consist 200 marks

    Physical Science which also consist 200 marks.

    Syllabus based on 12th standard physics, math and Chemistry.

    sorry a commerce student is not eligible for scra exam . but don't worry you can apply for other upsc exam don't take it on your heart and feel bad. after completing your graduation you can apply upsc exam, if you work hard then i am sure you will sure success


    QUALIFICATION REQUIRED -:

    * You must be an Indian

    * You must be passed 10+2 pattern with (PCM ) Physics , chemistry, mathematics.

    * Your age must be between 19- 21.

    * there is 3 yrs for OBC , & 5 yrs for Sc/st

    dear aspirant,

    i am extremely sorry to say that being a commerce student you can't apply for SCRA exam. because for SCRA you must have completed or pursuing in 12th with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry from recognized Board or college.

    SCRA stands for Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year. The exam is of Intermediate Level.

    The candidates who clears the exam with high grade appointed for various posts in Indian Railways. Excellent pay is given to candidates who are appointed in Railways.

    for SCRA your age must be within 17 years to 21 years. there is also applicable relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants.

    SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice . Examination is conducts by Union Public Service Commission.

    For that exam you must be pass your 12th in physics , chemistry and maths.

    Age Limit :-
    17-21 years.

    Nationality :-
    Indian.

    Male/Female both are eligible.

    I am sorry to say that commerce students are not eligible to appear for SCRA exam.

    Only Science Students are eligible to appear for the exam and that too who as Maths as a compulsory subject are eligible to apply for the exam.

    Here below I am giving you the eligibility conditions which will clear your doubts about the exam:-

    >> Those who have done their 10+2 from a recognised board are eligible to appear or the exam.

    >> Those who are in their 12 th class are also eligible to appear for the exam.

    >> All candidates must have Maths as a compulsory subject along with Physics or Chemistry as a compulsory subject.

    >> You must have first division marks to apply for the exam.

    >> You must have Nationality Indian to appear for the exam.

    AGE LIMIT:-

    THE MINIMUM AGE IS 17 YRS.

    MAXIMUM AGE IS 21 YRS.

    Although you should not worry much that you can not appear for this exam Infact prepare for the exams for which you are eligible.

    These days you can see that Commerce subjects has a lot of scope. so try to clear all those exams like you can go to banking sector or management field.

    no dear, commerce students are not eligible for scra examination as it is an engineering examination.commerce students can apply for nda examination.all the besthappy learning!!!!

    Sorry commerce students are not eligible for SCRA exam which is organised by UPSC every year.

    One must be 10+2 passed with physics, chemistry and maths to become eligible for SCRA examination. As you have studied commerce means you are not eligible for it.

    Age limit for SCRA exam is 17 to 21 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

    Exam Pattern:

    The selection is based on written exam and interview.

    Written exam is objective type papers which will have questions paper related to general ability, physical science and maths subjects.

    Commerce students are not eligible for SCRA.
    Candidates who have passed 12th with minimum 2nd division alongwith having Physics,Chemistry and Maths are eligible only.The age limit is 17-21years.

    This exam of SCRA is conducted for Railway training for becoming Mechanical engineers in Railways.How can commerce students be engineers??
    You need to complete your higher degrees to be eligible for Railways or for other jobs in Commerce sector.All the best.

    eligibility criteria:

    • No, commerce students are not eligibile for the Special class railway apprentice (SCRA) examination which is conducted by the UPSC.
    • To be eligibile for it, you must have completed class 12th with having mathematics subject and atleast one of the physics and chemistry subject and it should be from recognised board.
    • The age limit prescribed for this examination is 17 years to 21 years.
    • You will be provided upper age relaxations if you are from category as specified in notification.

    SCRA stands for the Special Class Railway apprentice examination .This entrance test is conducted once every year by the union Public service commission .

    The eligibility criteria for the SCRA entrance examinations is below:

    1.Academic qualification:

    >>You must have done 10+2 from a recognized board or appearing for it.

    >>Your subjects combination in class 10+2 must be physics ,chemistry and mathematics along with english .That is you must be of science stream with PCM as compulsory subjects .

    Hence sorry to say that the commerce candidates are not allowed for the SCRA entrance exam.

    If you are interested in giving UPSC examinations at the 10+2 level then you can go for the NDA examinations

    NDA stands for the National defense academy examinations.The entrance examination is conducted twice every year .

    With commerce in 10+2 you will be eligible for the Indian Army only.

    The age limit is 16.5-19 years.No age relaxation applicable for anyone.

    You must be an unmarried male Indian citizen.Physical fitness is very necessary for the exam.

    Friend, please note that# SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice.# Minimum required educational qualification fixed for SCRA is 10+2 in subjects Physics & Mathematics with atleast 60% marks in aggregate.# Age limit fixed for SCRA Examination: * 17-21 years for General Category * 17-23 years for OBC Category * 17-24 years for SC/ST Category# But you have done 10+2 in commerce stream, so you are not eligible for SCRA Examination.# But you can try your luck in NDA Examination subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.# If you seriously want to join Indian Railway, then you can apply for Railway Examination advertised from time to time for the posts of Junior Clerk, Ticket Checker, Ticket Collector, Booking Clerk, Junior Stenographer etc.

    Friend, since SCRA is the exam which is held for the students who have PCM as their subjects in XII,thus you are not eligible for this exam. It is held for the students of 17-21 years age students.

    You cannot apply for the SCRA exams

    Eligibilty for the SCRA exams is:

    Education required to apply for the SCRA exams is:
    12th Class or Intermediate pass with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry in class 12th.
    OR

    Graduation pass with subjects Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry


    Age-
    Minimum 17 years
    Maximum 21 years
    OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

    Scheme of SCRA examinations:
    General Ability Test (English, General Knowledge and Psychological Test)

    being a commerce student you cannot apply for SCRA examination because minimum education criteria for SCRA exam is that candidate should have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

    Some other criteria for SCRA examination are:-

    1.Candidate should be a citizen of India.

    2.The candidate should be 17 to 21 years old for general category.

    3.The age relaxation for SC and ST category is 5 years and that for OBC category is 3 years.
