Generally along with UPSC application form there is an acknowledgement card is there,which is sent by UPSC when your form reaches to them.
If anybody form gets rejected UPSC publish the notification in newspapers.

once you have submitted the online application you will get a meassage from the commission that you have submitted the application.
its your duty to fill the form correctly.if you have made any errors then you may fill another form.
now it becomes your duty to get the admit carddownloaded at the mentioned time.
after submitting the application form online youwill get a registration number.by using the registration number and the date ofbirth you acn download the admit card from the commission's website
