You should try finding out that mail too. I think it is not an impossible task to find a mail if not deleted.

In this question you should try to clear the confusion of the asker but you have provided detailed information about civil services exam only which is useless.There is nothing, which is valuable for asker .You will realize your mistake too.Just read that post and decide whether your post cleared the confusion or not.
