Don't do over-formatting. It affects readability. Format (Bold/Underline/Color/Font) only there where it is necessary to highlight an important point.

There is no such limit for maximum. It can be raised upto any decimal.
But as for now one of our good answerers(member) is getting 18 point/answer I guess.
